Beauty is one of the characteristics of harmony in the world. It also performs important biological functions, promoting the survival of humans as a species in natural conditions. The sense of beauty is universal and genetically determined. As a result, things that are beautiful were such both for primitive man and for those living today. The basis of beauty is symmetry. The units of symmetry are fractals. Fractal geometry makes it possible to detect beauty hidden in seemingly chaotic structures.

With the passage of time, dating back in its roots to the late 1960s, the concept of sustainable development is not losing relevance as a paradigm for both global and local development. Instead, it is gaining new practical approaches (and implementations) such as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) announced by the UN in 2015 with the prospect of achieving them in 2030, and the announcements of the implementation of the Green Deal in the European Union (The European Green Deal), intended to lead to climate neutrality for Europe as a continent by 2050.

The College of Ecology and Management was established at a time when changes in the economic and social system in our country entered a stage of intense development. The forming free market gave birth to the demand for educational services, provided until 1990 exclusively by state schools. It was during this period, in response to the increased demand for professionals with higher education, that the idea of founding EEZ was born.
