Waste management is a series of processes related to the generation, collection and supervision of waste, of which waste processing plays a key role. It also includes issues related to the handling of their disposal sites. Today, it is one of the most important issues concerning modern civilization in connection with the growing problem of environmental pollution. The article is another in a series of articles on waste management [Wieczorek, Siekierski 2020].
