Personal and social security is among the basic values on which a person wants to base his existence. It relates both to the sphere of personal life and spiritual life. Particularly acute is a person’s inner anxiety, a sense of danger, uncertainty about tomorrow, fear of the future. The anxiety of an individual person is transferred to the entire community in which the person lives.
